Policy Details

Order Confirmation

Before placing an order, please review and confirm all details, including, colour, design, spelling, and any other customisation requirements. Once an order is confirmed and submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customised Items

Our embroidery and custom apparel are tailored to meet the individual needs of each customer. Therefore, these items are not eligible for resale or restocking.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos to evaluate the issue. If we confirm that the damage or defect is due to our process, we will collaborate with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a repair replacement.

Non-refundable orders

All sales of custom embroidery and custom apparel are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes mind, dissatisfaction with product, design or color choices, or incorrect selection of customization options.

Exceptions

Our no return or refund policy is waived in cases where we do not deliver the correct product according to your confirmed order details, or if there is significant error in the customization that differs from your design. We highly recommend reaching out with any questions or concerns before placing your order. .
